Zamani is a Swahili word meaning ancient. The 5 bedroom, all en-suite villa has been designed by the owner, a Kenyan interior designer, under Urban Bush Design.

Zamani Bush House offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of Mount Kenya, Lol Daiga Hills, Aberdare Forest and lake views. It has been designed with organic materials for an authentic experience in Nanyuki.

The house is a perfect base from which to explore the many Northern Kenyan activities, like Mount Kenya trekking or wildlife spotting of the big five. This is where Kenya’s most encouraging conservation success stories are unfolding. This beautiful wilderness is home to the endangered black and white rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and a wealth of plain game, including many endemic northern species. Mt Kenya treks or Fishing at the Aberdare Forest.
